At Little Sandals Nature Club, we believe that leadership is not merely a skill set — it is a trust. When we guide children through the natural world, we shape how they see themselves, their Creator, and their place within the web of life. Effective nature leadership cultivates presence, humility, ecological literacy, and spiritual awareness.
Leaders who teach outdoors are not just supervising activities — they are modeling reverence, curiosity, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and care for creation. This work requires a grounded heart, a trained eye, and a pedagogical foundation rooted in sacred ecology and prophetic character.
Our Leadership Development pathway equips adults to confidently lead transformative, iman-infused outdoor experiences for children, families, and communities.

WHAT WE OFFER
Trainings - Foundational training for adults entering nature-based education. These sessions cover ecological literacy, child development outdoors, safety, pedagogy, and Islamic worldview integration.
Workshops - Short, focused workshops that dive deep into specific skills — such as field journaling, nature storytelling, guiding Qur’anic reflections outdoors, or managing group dynamics on the trail.
Field Intensives - Immersive, on-site learning where participants spend full days in nature practicing observation, risk assessment, leading micro-lessons, and running guided experiences in real settings.
Mentorship Cohorts - Small, supportive circles facilitated over several weeks. Participants receive personalized feedback, project support, leadership coaching, and community with other guides doing this work.
